1. How does the formula work?
Breast development and breast enlargement begins at puberty, when a young woman's
body receives chemical signals from the pituitary gland. These signals orchestrate
powerful changes in a young woman's body. Scientific research has concluded that
foundational breast tissue growth and breast enlargement occurs most efficiently with the
balanced presence of estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, prostaglandins, and GF compounds
(human growth factor hormones). Along with other complications, improper balances of these
hormones lead to poor breast development and inadequate breast enlargement. At some point
after adolescence, the body ceases to produce GF compounds, resulting in a completion of
breast tissue growth. The natural combination in these herbal formulas stimulates changes
in concentration of these hormones, increases the level of GF compounds, resulting in the
growth of new breast tissue and breast enlargement
2. Is this hormonal balancing formula safe?
The herbs used in the formula have been used for hundreds of years in medicinal
applications, including breast enlargement, with no adverse side effects. There are no
synthetic additives, colorings or artificial preservatives in the product and no adverse
side effects have been reported after use by thousands of women.
3. When will I notice breast growth?
Because every person's body and metabolism are unique, herbal remedies, as with all types
of supplements, work individually. The testimonials we've received from hundreds of women
indicate that hormone balance and breast growth occur differently with each person. Many
users report that the first visible results begin within the first three or four weeks,
while the maximum effects on the bustline occur over a longer period of six months to nine
months, at which time growth is usually maximized and stops naturally. Users report that
taking the formula intermittently for 2-3 week periods every 3 to 4 months helps them
maintain the firmness and fullness they want.
Many women have asked if the formula will produce too much breast development. This does
not happen. Breast enlargement growth comes as a result of the hormone-balancing effects
of the herbs which naturally regulate proper breast growth, breast development and breast
enlargement. Users report that the formula produces fuller, firmer, larger breasts that
are proportionate to their overall body size. This is why women who already have very

4. How old do I have to be to use the formula?
Puberty is an excellent time to begin taking the formula for its hormonal-balancing
effects, with parental permission of course. Taken at the onset of puberty, it can help
supply valuable natural hormone balance that allows for proper glandular and reproductive
organ development. This also includes proper mammary gland or breast development which can
be undermined by often undiagnosed hormonal imbalances that occur in adolescence,
resulting in small, poorly-developed breasts, or premature sagging, wrinkling etc.
5. How much should I take for breast growth?
The bottle states the dosage. These formulas are available in capsule, liquid and lotion
form. Capsules: the suggested dose is three to four capsules twice a day (morning and
night) taken with water at mealtime, for approximately six to nine months. Liquid: take
one-half to three-quarters teaspoon twice a day for approximately six to nine months.
Lotion: rub a dime-sized dose directly onto the breast twice a day. The formula can be
taken indefinitely for maintenance of hormone balance if needed (this does not continue to
increase breast size beyond your own natural maximum growth level).
6. What if I am just taking the formula for hormonal balancing, how much should I
take?
The dosage is the same for breast growth or hormonal balance. See the question above.
7. How much growth should I expect?
Along with the firming up of the breast, the average breast growth is approximately one
cup size. This is usually seen in women who take the formula for about 3 months. We have
seen breast growth in many cases of up to five inches or more in those who have taken the
formula for 9 months or longer.
8. I am trying to get pregnant, will this formula help?
Reports indicate that the formula is helpful because of the beneficial effects on problems
such as irregular menstrual periods, infertility, PMS, cramping, bloating, and
irritability. We have generally seen improvement in these types of problems as soon as 3
weeks. The formula also helps to increase libido, which of course, is very helpful if you
are trying to get pregnant! Women have generally seen improvement in these types of
problems as soon as 3 weeks.
9. Can I take the formula during pregnancy?
The formulas are not appropriate for taking during pregnancy or nursing.
There have been no clinical studies done on pregnant or nursing women, therefore we
recommend against taking the herbs during this time.
10. I have nursed 3 children, and it seems my breasts have disappeared? Will the
formula help?
Post-nursing mothers have reported excellent benefits from the formula in restoring
hormonal balance after pregnancy (including postpartum depression) as well as filling-out
and firming the breasts following birth and nursing.
11. Does the formula contain estrogen?
The herbs in the formula do not in themselves contain estrogen or other hormones. Rather
they contain hormone-like substances that can mimic the activity of human hormones such as
estrogen or progesterone, or make proper levels of such hormones more available in the
body by normalizing glandular and hormonal activity.
Because the herbs do not artificially raise estrogen levels in the way that synthetic
drugs such as birth control pills do, they do not encourage cancerous growth or other side
effects seen with synthetic hormone-manipulating drugs.
12. Why don't you use Black Cohosh in your formula like other companies do?
There has been a lot of discussion about formulas that have black cohosh in them. Black
cohosh is a really strong estrogen-based herb that does cause what looks like immediate
results. These are not lasting results. The concerns are younger women using the black
cohosh, and ingesting a large amount of estrogen. Even though this is a phyto-estrogen, it
has not been determined whether or not this type of estrogen is good for younger women
(phyto-estrogen from soy has been determined to be beneficial). On the other hand, black
cohosh has been determined to be beneficial for older women. For younger women, we don't
know the effects. For instance, we don't know if it will promote tumor growth. Using black
cohosh to promote breast growth gives temporary results. It's like a swelling instead of
an actual growth in the tissue like girls experience going through puberty. Therefore, we
don't use a strong estrogen like black cohosh to make the breast grow quick and get a
temporary result. Our goal is permanent and "actual" growth, which can take six
to nine months.
13. Will the formula help my uncomfortable menopausal symptoms?
It is an excellent hormone regulator for the menopausal years when hormonal imbalances
invariably appear. It has been reported to alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal
dryness, nervousness, mood swings, etc. It also has been reported to help firm and uplift
aging breasts.
14. Can this formula be taken with other medications?
Always contact your medical professional who is schooled in using herbal formulas before
taking any herbal supplement with prescription or over-the-counter drugs. We have never
been contacted by anyone who had had an adverse drug interaction with the formula,
including those women on birth control pills. However, it is always important that you
tell your doctor what supplements you're taking when you are using drug medications of any
kind.
It's always important to remember when taking any supplements or medications to treat them
with respect and take the recommended dosages. If you feel that your situation calls for
larger dosages, ask your health care practitioner first before you go forward with any
increase from the recommended dosage.
15. Why is there a new "super formula"?
Even though the original formula was extremely successful, our scientists have learned a
lot from clients and from additional research over the last few years. Therefore, this new
formula has more of all of the very best components that are necessary for maximum
hormonal balancing and breast growth.
16. What if I have had breast cancer or breast cancer runs in my family, can I
take this product?
The herbs in this formula have been used for centuries with safety. None of these herbs
has ever shown any indication of promoting cancer or tumor growth. In fact, these herbs
have a very high nutritional content, and this is something that may actually inhibit
cancer growth in the body.
17. When breast growth occurs, does that mean that more fat tissue develops?
Fat tissue does NOT develop. The herbs in the formula influence the glandular tissue in
the breasts. Additional (or less) fat tissue in the breasts is primarily dependent on the
fluctuations in the weight of the female body. Women report that they can lose weight, but
their breasts do not shrink when using the formula. This is because the fat tissue that is
lost in the breast while dieting is replaced by healthy glandular tissue.
18. What sorts of standards are maintained during production?
The production process occurs under the same sort of strict standards as those in effect
for the production of medicines.
19. One of the ingredients in the formula is hops. Can the effectiveness of the
preparation be increased by drinking beer?
Beer is heated to 100 degrees Centrigrade during the production process. Whatever
effective ingredients may be present in the substances used at the beginning of the beer
production process are most likely broken down during that process, and do not have the
necessary effectiveness of the fresh herb.
20. Is this product permitted in all countries?
Whether a product is permitted into a country or not is primarily dependent on the extent
to which the safety of the product can be proven. The product is very safe. Accordingly,
no government has ever objected to this product as far as we know.
21. How many capsules are there in one jar, and how many doses is this?
There are 240 capsules in each jar. The dosage is 4 capsules, twice a day, for a total of
8 capsules per day. The jar will last 30 days. These capsules are slightly smaller than
the comon standard size herbal capsules.
22. How many ounces is in one bottle of Liquid LaFemme, and how many doses is
this?
The liquid is in a 4 ounce jar. If you use 2 droppers-full twice a day, the bottle will
last 27 days. If you use 3 droppers-full twice a day, the bottle will last 18 days.
23. Is there a certain time of day I should take the formula?
It is only important that you take the formula at a time when it is most convenient for
you. It is not critical for the effectiveness of the herbs to take them before, during, or
after a meal.
24. It says "best when taken without caffeinated beverages." Does this
mean I have to completely stop drinking my coffee and sodas?
No. This means that you should not consume the herbs with one of these drinks. Use water
or juice, or perhaps another beverage, just don't take your herbs with a caffeinated
beverage. Wait one hour before or after taking the herbs before you consume caffeinated
beverages.
25. If I forget to take the capsules one day, should I take a double dose the next
day?
Forgetting to take the LaFemme for one day doesn't have a very significant negative
influence on the effectiveness of the treatment. So NO, it isn't necessary to double the
dosage the following day. In fact, we have several ladies who report that they see better
results if they stop taking the herbs for one day a week or for a few days every month.
26. What are the negative side effects, if any, to the LaFemme?
There have been no negative side effects reported.
27. Are there any other side effects?
Users of these formulas have reported the following: An increase in breast size; Better
nail growth; Better hair growth; Better bowel movements; Positive frame of mind; Feeling
of improved fitness; Improved skin tone; Elimation of PMS and menopausal symptoms; An
increase in libido; Relief from vaginal dryness.
(All of the above things have been noted on a regular basis by our consumers, but we need
to state that there have been no specific clinical studies on these ailments in relation
to the LaFemme formula.)
28. Since I have taken the formula, I have lost weight but I don't notice any
change in my breasts. Does this mean that it doesn't work?
Not necessarily. When losing weight, there is also a reduction in the fat content in the
breasts. The breasts normally get smaller when one loses weight. In the case of somewhat
older women, that is exacerbated by the phenomenon of sagging breasts. By using LaFemme,
there is a steady development of glandular breast tissue, so that the fat tissue that
disappears is replaced by glandular tissue.
29. I am menopausal. Can I use LaFemme?
After menopause, the breakdown of glandular tissue accelerates, so this is an excellent
time to take the LaFemme. From the reports we receive, it is very effective in rebuilding
sagging breasts, however, most women past menopause do not notice significant breast
growth. The use of LaFemme can be very beneficial to help impede the breakdown of
glandular tissue in post-menopausal women. The herbs have also been shown to help reduce
certain symptoms of menopause such as vaginal dryness and hot flashes.
30. If I use it now, will it have any effect on future pregnancies?
No, it has no effect on future pregnancies. Remember, the original formula years ago was
actually created to help women to achieve conception of which the breast enlargement was a
discovered beneficial by-product.
31. If a woman has breast implants, can she still use the product?
If the implants have been inserted into the breast, they may impede the growth of the
glandular tissue. Because LaFemme stimulates the growth of glandular tissue, the tissue
that is present can be damaged because there is not enough room, and problems can occur.
Therefore, if a woman has breast implants located in the breast itself, she should not use
LaFemme.
32. How long should it take to get the breast size I desire?
Please remember, your breasts first developed during puberty. That process took about 5
years. Restoring that volume within just a few short weeks is not feasible. Rest assured
that it normally requires 6 to 9 months. The visible change over time is dependent on the
quantity of glandular tissue in the beginning phase. Unfortunately, a flabby D-cup is more
quickly "filled" than a A-cup or a B-cup.
33. If I am taking the capsules or the liquid, do I have to use the lotion?
No, you don't have to. But many of our users report that the lotion has helped them
immensely with growth. This is because the glandular tissue very often reacts to soft,
expert massage. Massage from the armpits towards the front and never pinch the breast
during such massage.
34. My family, husband, boyfriend, etc. does not know I am taking the LaFemme. Do
you ship in plain packaging?
Yes. There is no indication on the outside of the package to indicate what is on the
inside!
35. Which is better to take, the capsules or the liquid?
This is a personal preference. Both products are extrememly effective. However, if you
suspect that your digestion is sluggish, you may way to consider the liquid.
36. Are there any other supplements that I can take to make the formula work
faster or make the herbs more effective?
There are a couple of things you can try. Many LaFemme clients also take MSM on a daily
basis because it helps increase cellular absorption of nutrients. Many are also reporting
excellent results. Also, as I have mentioned in the past, a good progesterone cream can be
most beneficial. This must be a progesterone cream, not a wild yam cream, which generally
does not have any progesterone in it. We have also had reports from our clients that when
adding Vitamin C to their daily regimen, the formula seems to work quicker, but we do not
have any clinical data on the above recommendations.
37. After I have achieved the growth I want, will my breasts maintain this growth,
or do I have to keep taking the formula on a maintenance dose?
To maintain growth, there are several options. You can take the product continuously, but
at a very low dosage, 1-2 capsules per day. Or you can take the capsules one week out of
every few months. Or you can take the capsules for about 6 weeks every year. Being women
we are subject to our breasts losing substance and fighting gravity our whole lives, so
unfortunately, while we call the results permanent (in other words, if you stop taking the
capsules, your breasts won't shrink back to their original size) it is a fight to keep
them where we want them to be!
38. What is the proper way to measure for breast growth? Should I use a tape
measurer?
Many women have indicated that the tape measurer is NOT a good indication of breast
growth. Based on what our clients have told us, here is our suggestion. Buy a "test
bra." Make sure it fits just right. Don't wear this bra on a daily basis, so as not
to cause any stretching of the cups or surrounding elastic that might be present. Every
two weeks, try on the test bra to see if the cups are getting tighter. Many of you have
told us that after using the formulas for several weeks, the cups became extremely tight,
and you felt you needed a larger cup-size, but there was no change in the tape measurer.
There can be a few different reasons for this. The breast, being pliable, may not show
small increments in growth on the tape measurer. Also, the breasts can widen out and round
out without showing measurable growth on the tape measurer. And some of you have reported
losing weight, and thus, the area across your back will be smaller, so even if your
breasts do grow, it won't show up on the tape measurer.
